ThinkingIT Corp. is looking for a Business Analyst to act as the essential link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements to drive the successful delivery of impactful digital products and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
- Assist during testing and UAT to validate delivered functionality.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.
- Maintain clear and well-structured documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
