Capgemini is looking for a Business Analyst Data to join our team. In this role, you will define client needs, identify optimal data solutions, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, providing essential sector expertise.
What You'll Do
- Define real client needs and identify the best data solutions to address them
- Lead functional and technical workshops with clients
- Write User Stories and detailed functional specifications
- Support business acceptance testing and validate deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects
- Conduct business and technical data modeling
- Use SQL for data analysis and structuring
- Provide sector expertise in areas such as energy, banking/finance, and the public sector
What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 degree in engineering school or equivalent university education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sectors like energy, finance, or the public sector
- Experience in an IT services company or consulting firm (required)
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense
- Skills in data modeling and functional documentation
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum)
- Strong listening, analytical, and ability to simplify concepts for non-technical audiences
- Team leadership ability and capacity to work in an international environment (English speaker)
