Gramian Consultancy is hiring a Business Analyst / Copywriter / Professional Writer with native Japanese language skills. This role focuses on the fine-tuning and improvement of large language models such as Gemini. You will be part of a global team working directly on the advancement of AI capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks.
- Conduct online research to validate claims made in content.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve puzzles.
- Answer a variety of analytical questions and create scenarios to train LLM models.
- Assist with screening and training others to be Google account users (using Gmail, YouTube, Gemini, Search, Photos).
What We're Looking For
- Multilingual capabilities in both English and Japanese.

- Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Desktop/Laptop setup with a good internet connection.
- Availability for a 30-40h/week commitment.
- At least 2 or more hours of daily overlap with the PST timezone.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Open to candidates without a degree but with relevant experience.
- Experience writing professionally (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator).
- Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in Data interpretation, Logical reasoning, and Basic arithmetic.
- Experience with audio transcription or copy writing.
