QinetiQ is looking for a Business Analyst / Business Change Manager to bridge the gap between our technical teams and customers. You will be integrated into software development or data science teams, focusing on collecting and managing requirements, supporting delivery, and managing the end-to-end benefits process to help make the UK a safer place to be.
What You'll Do
- Elicit and analyse functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure customer requirements and priorities are accurately documented.
- Organise and prioritise requirements using techniques like product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs.
- Generate and define options for solutions.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and specialists.
- Evaluate options for financial, technical, and business feasibility.
- Develop a business change implementation plan to identify required changes to processes, procedures, systems, structures, and ways of working.
- Support acceptance testing processes to ensure changes are correctly implemented and benefits are realised.
