Centivo is seeking a Business Analyst to act as the critical bridge between multifaceted stakeholders and our Data Integration team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming work requests, ensuring they are fully understood, documented, and efficiently handed off with clear expectations.

What You'll Do

Act as the first stop for new incoming requests from internal teams, external vendors, and product-facing groups.
Review and assess requests to ensure they are complete and have the necessary details for execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for the Data Integration team.
Troubleshoot existing workflows or integrations and coordinate solutions.
Partner with the Data Integration team to determine timelines and set realistic expectations with vendors.
Own the workflow handoff from business requirements to technical execution.
Facilitate alignment between competing priorities, balancing stakeholder needs with technical capacity.
Track progress and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
Drive efficiency by establishing clear, upfront requirements to prevent rework.
Build and refine processes that enhance the predictability and success of technical deliverables.
Develop roadmaps and project timelines for stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements.

What We're Looking For

2+ years working with Jira in a BA or Scrum capacity.
3+ years of experience soliciting and documenting requirements for EDI or other data integration systems.
5+ years of experience in self-funded healthcare.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
