Adyen is looking for a Business Advisor to leverage firsthand experience as a former business owner. You will coach founders of companies generating $500K–$10M in revenue, partnering with them to scale sustainably and profitably. This role is built by owners, for owners.
What You'll Do
- Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans.
- Apply firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company.
- Build a book of 10-20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results.
What We're Looking For
- Has been the key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
- Has built and led a leadership team.
- Loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results.

Benefits & Compensation
- Typical Year 1: $70K–$100K
- Typical Year 2: $140K–$200K
- Typical Year 3: $160K+
