Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a budgeting tool, from requirements definition to go-live
- Manage and execute the transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting software solution
- Design and implement scalable budgeting process aligned with business needs
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and key business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions
- Configure budgeting models, assumptions, workflows, and reporting within the selected tool
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency throughout the budgeting process
- Support change management, including user training and documentation
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical or system vendors (if applicable)
Requirements
- Experience working within an international, multi-entity group environment
- Proven, hands-on experience leading a transition from Excel-based budgeting templates to a budgeting system or application
- Direct experience implementing budgeting or planning tools
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes
- Ability to independently manage a project with clearly defined timelines and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Finance and HR
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with system implementation projects or process transformation initiatives
