The Billing Analyst is crucial in managing precise, compliant billing operations across customer segments. Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, this role supports end-to-end billing processes within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) platform, ensuring data accuracy, revenue assurance, and operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Billing Execution and Analysis - Process monthly billing cycles across multiple business segments using SAP BRIM - Validate rating, charging, and invoicing data to confirm accurate pricing, taxes, discounts, and contractual terms - Conduct detailed pre- and post-billing reconciliations to guarantee invoice integrity - Identify and resolve discrepancies in source data, usage feeds, and customer hierarchies Data Validation and Quality Assurance - Audit billing data to ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and contractual obligations - Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Product teams to maintain accurate BRIM master data - Support revenue assurance activities by reconciling billed versus unbilled usage System Support and Continuous Improvement - Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing - Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities Reporting and Collaboration - Develop billing dashboards and KPI reports tracking cycle completion and accuracy - Collaborate with multiple teams to support billing dispute resolution - Communicate recurring issues and recommended process enhancements to leadership Qualifications: Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration - 2-4 years billing operations experience - SAP BRIM module experience preferred - Telecom product hierarchy knowledge a plus Skills & Competencies - Microsoft Excel proficiency - Strong analytical and investigative capabilities - Excellent organizational skills - Effective communication across departments - SQL, Power BI, or Looker knowledge preferred Core Competencies: - Analytical Accuracy - Ownership & Accountability - Collaboration - Process Innovation - Customer Focus Preferred Qualifications: - Telecommunications billing systems experience - Financial reporting knowledge - SAP BRIM certification Physical Demands: - Primarily office-based - Potential after-hours support - Minimal travel possible #LI-RW1 Why Join Us?
