Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Bookkeeper / Accountant with specialized expertise in factoring and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) operations. This remote role is critical for ensuring precise financial reporting, cash flow tracking, and procedural compliance in our fast-paced finance environment.

What You'll Do

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for factoring and MCA transactions.
Record, track, and reconcile daily funding, repayments, fees, and reserves.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online.
Maintain accurate ledgers for client advances, paybacks, and balances.
Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare clean and organized books for tax preparation and audits.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working with factoring companies and/or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) businesses.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of cash flow–driven financial models.
Experience reconciling high-volume transactions.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
