Indie Campers is seeking a Booking & Roadtrip Sales Intern - German Speaker to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers to complete campervan bookings, upsell extras, and encourage repeat business. You will conduct virtual consultations to present tailored travel options and build strong customer relationships, supporting our growth in a technology-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Contact customers identified through commercial leads who have not completed their campervan booking online.
Engage with customers who have existing bookings but have searched for extras to encourage them to finalise the purchase.
Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.
Conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to present tailored options that meet their travel needs.
Develop strong connections with customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty for repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
