BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide critical applied behavior analysis services. This position is based in Cary, North Carolina and offers a flexible work arrangement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and families.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid and remote work model, providing flexibility while requiring some presence in the Cary, North Carolina area.
