About the Role
This role involves delivering applied behavior analysis services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising support staff in accordance with professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for individuals with developmental challenges
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Train caregivers and support personnel in behavior management techniques
- Supervise registered behavior technicians and other field staff
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical and certification standards
- Document client sessions and treatment outcomes
- Adjust interventions based on ongoing assessment results
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Provide feedback to caregivers on client progress
- Support program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
- Assist in onboarding and training new clinical staff
- Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Respond to behavioral emergencies as needed
- Coordinate care across multiple service providers
- Use evidence-based practices in all interventions
- Attend professional development activities
