What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with autism, delivered in home, school, and community environments. Guide and mentor Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees to support consistent, high-quality service delivery. Use proprietary digital tools to track progress, manage client data, and ensure continuity of care. Balance in-person visits with telehealth components to maximize accessibility and effectiveness.
Collaborate with a clinical team to refine treatment strategies and adapt interventions based on ongoing assessment. Participate in regular check-ins focused on clinical growth, operational efficiency, and professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Reliable transportation and readiness to travel to various client and business locations
- Availability during after-school hours, typically between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Physical capacity for frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in play-based and physical therapy activities
