As a BMC Helix Administrator at Müller’s Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing BMC Helix environments. This role involves administering system configurations, managing user access, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with technical teams to streamline operations and implement best practices.
What You'll Do
- Administer BMC Helix applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of the platform
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for future reference
- Analyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to recommend enhancements and improvements
- Stay up-to-date on BMC Helix developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service management solutions
