Responsibilities
- Utilize biostatistical techniques to aid clinical research, regulatory filings with agencies such as the FDA and EMA, and the creation of evidence-based strategies
- Provide input on the design of clinical studies, analytical approaches, and the interpretation of study outcomes
- Supervise the execution of statistical analysis plans and ensure analytical results are accurate and reproducible
- Lead and guide teams of analysts and junior staff, offering technical direction and career development support
- Oversee the merging, cleaning, and transformation of data from clinical trials and real-world sources
- Create software tools, coding standards, and methodological practices to improve analytical efficiency and scalability
- Present analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex findings into practical insights
- Support business growth initiatives and maintain client relationships through project involvement
- Contribute to the publication of research findings, presentations, and regulatory documents
