PORR Group is hiring a BIM Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our BIM standards, coordinating interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the correct implementation of BIM methodology across our construction projects.

What You'll Do

Create and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Verify the correctness of BIM models.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on BIM methodology.
Configure and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Ensure the implementation of all procedures and standards on projects.
Coordinate interdisciplinary BIM collaboration.
Perform field work.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of BIM methodology and related documents (BEP, EIR).
Minimum of 2 years experience working on a construction site or in a design office.
Minimum of 1 year experience working on a BIM project in linear infrastructure.
Ability to model using tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, OpenRoads, and OpenRail.
Experience working with CDE platforms.
Ability to work with IFC files.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Communicative knowledge of the English language.
Possession of a Category B driver's license.
