Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Send initial onboarding messages to new clients
- Guide clients on next steps (booking calls, required info)
- Conduct follow-ups with clients
- Handle inbound calls and direct queries appropriately
- Administrative Support
- Assist with case-related admin tasks in a case management system
- Maintain organized client records
- Support general inbox and communication management
- Phone Support
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Qualify callers (new vs existing clients, type of case, etc.)
- Route or escalate queries when needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable handling phone-based roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow structured workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal, admin or client support roles
- Experience handling high-volume communication
- Exposure to CRMs or case management systems
