About the Role

The therapist will provide direct clinical services to children and adolescents, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams using secure telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions in both Spanish and English
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for youth clients
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support client progress
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision and case consultations
  • Respond to client communications within established response time guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain clinical competency
  • Support care coordination efforts across schools, families, and providers
  • Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all interactions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Document clinical notes promptly and thoroughly
  • Use telehealth platform effectively for secure client sessions
  • Follow crisis intervention protocols when necessary
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within clinical operations

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
  • Training in cognitive behavioral therapy or similar modalities
  • Prior experience in school-based or community mental health settings
  • Knowledge of adolescent development and behavioral health trends
