Utopia is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter at the senior level to manage and scale our recruitment processes while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience. You'll operate as a true strategic partner, owning hiring processes end-to-end in a fully remote, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and company leadership.
- Recruit for a wide range of positions including operations, corporate, support, senior, and niche roles.
- Proactively source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
- Lead complex and senior-level hires independently.
- Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
- Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussions.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter.
- Knowledge of the Russian Language is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with international or remote teams.
- Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
