Keeper Security, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual (French) Training Specialist to join our expanding B2B Support division. In this remote role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and materials to educate business customers and partners across the EMEA region on effectively utilizing our software. You'll work from the United States while maintaining active working hours aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) to best support our clients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars for customers to ensure proficiency and maximum benefit from Keeper's products.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning.
- Tailor content and delivery to different audience types and varying skill levels.
- Ensure interactive and participatory training sessions that encourage questions, discussions, and hands-on experience.
- Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, and ensure successful adoption.
- Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support.
- Communicate with French and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment.
- Must be bilingual, with native French fluency and English fluency (both verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels.
- Ability and willingness to consistently maintain Irish Standard Time (IST) working hours.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones.
