Shiftmove is looking for a BI Analyst - Mid Level (f/m/x) to join our Data & AI team. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Deployments, Logistics, Customer Service, Production, and Marketing to deliver reliable, automated, and actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Adapt and migrate existing Power BI dashboards to NetSuite data sources.
- Design and develop new BI applications aligned with Shiftmove Group standards using Tableau.
- Build, maintain, and evolve n8n workflows that support operational teams.
- Contribute to Python development for internal AI agents and GenAI projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of dashboards and workflows.
- Document BI assets, workflows, and processes according to group guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in BI, Data Analytics, Automation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (ideally n8n or similar).
- Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills in BI, automation, and AI.
Nice to Have
- Previous working experience in Python.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as SuiteCRM, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
