Shiftmove is looking for a BI Analyst - Mid Level (f/m/x) to join our Data & AI team. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Deployments, Logistics, Customer Service, Production, and Marketing to deliver reliable, automated, and actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Adapt and migrate existing Power BI dashboards to NetSuite data sources.
Design and develop new BI applications aligned with Shiftmove Group standards using Tableau.
Build, maintain, and evolve n8n workflows that support operational teams.
Contribute to Python development for internal AI agents and GenAI projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of dashboards and workflows.
Document BI assets, workflows, and processes according to group guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Experience in BI, Data Analytics, Automation, or a related field.
Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to workflow automation tools (ideally n8n or similar).
Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
Strong English communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills in BI, automation, and AI.

Nice to Have

Previous working experience in Python.
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as SuiteCRM, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
