AlphaPet Ventures GmbH is looking for an ERP Automation & AI Engineer (m/w/d) to rethink core business processes and make our system ecosystem smarter. You will act as a technical sparring partner, unlocking automation potential across the organization with a focus on measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Analyze central value streams like Purchase-to-Pay, develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable impact such as reduced cycle times and error rates.
Build predictive monitoring and self-healing mechanisms for critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise.
Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets to reduce manual workload.
Build reusable automation services and deploy them company-wide via the internal AI platform, ChatAPV.
Act as the technical sparring partner for business departments and product owners to identify and unlock automation potential.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in software development, ideally with Python and SQL.
Solid experience working with complex ERP landscapes, such as Odoo.
Hands-on experience with workflow tools like n8n.
Work according to the You Build It, You Run It principle and take end-to-end responsibility for solutions.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics and act as a bridge between tech and business.
An Automation First and Systems Thinking mindset focused on root causes and sustainable solutions.

Nice to Have

Initial exposure to applying LLM APIs or ML to solve business problems.
