Windranger Labs is looking for a BI Analyst to partner with on-chain teams. You will transform complex blockchain data into clear, decision-driving insights and lead the analytics for key growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with on-chain teams to turn raw blockchain data into actionable insights.
- Lead analytics for campaigns like airdrops and staking programs, from tracking eligibility to measuring post-launch performance.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics such as TVL, wallet activity, and gas usage.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where shipping results quickly is essential.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a quantitative or technical field like Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a similar role.
- A curious, self-driven mindset and comfort with learning new tools, languages, or models as needed.
- Solid experience with Dune Analytics (SQL and dashboarding) and at least one other platform like Nansen or DefiLlama.
- A strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially for EVM-based chains like Ethereum, Polygon, or BNB Chain, from consensus mechanisms to smart contracts.
Nice to Have
- Ability to decode raw Ethereum transaction data and related fields.
- Programming skills in Python or a similar language.
