WinnCompanies was looking for a Benefits Specialist (Boston HQ)

WinnCompanies is hiring a Benefits Specialist to support our employee benefits programs at our Boston headquarters. You will ensure the accurate administration and communication of our benefits offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, FMLA).
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors and brokers to manage plan performance and resolve service issues.
  • Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process, including communication and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data and records in HRIS systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in benefits administration within an HR department.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based at our Boston, MA headquarters.
