WinnCompanies is hiring a Benefits Specialist to support our employee benefits programs at our Boston headquarters. You will ensure the accurate administration and communication of our benefits offerings.
What You'll Do
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, FMLA).
- Coordinate with benefits vendors and brokers to manage plan performance and resolve service issues.
- Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process, including communication and system updates.
- Maintain accurate benefits data and records in HRIS systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in benefits administration within an HR department.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
