About the Role

The role involves managing benefits configurations within internal systems, supporting data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement updates and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain benefits plans in company systems
  • Ensure accurate setup of benefit options and eligibility rules
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on program changes
  • Validate data inputs for consistency and correctness
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues affecting employee enrollment
  • Support system testing during benefit plan updates
  • Maintain documentation for configuration processes
  • Assist in compliance audits related to benefits administration
  • Interpret benefit plan documents for system implementation
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical integration issues
  • Monitor system alerts related to benefits data
  • Implement changes based on regulatory updates
  • Assist in annual benefits enrollment preparation
  • Provide configuration support during open enrollment
  • Track and report on configuration-related tasks
  • Respond to internal inquiries about benefits setup
  • Ensure security protocols are followed in system access
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with IT on system upgrades
  • Maintain version control for configuration changes
  • Support training efforts for new team members
  • Review system logs for configuration accuracy
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • Contribute to project planning for system enhancements
  • Follow change management procedures for updates
