What You'll Do
Deliver one-on-one mental health coaching through scheduled 30-minute video sessions, helping clients navigate common life challenges such as managing stress, improving work-life balance, and overcoming procrastination. Guide individuals in identifying and working toward personal and professional goals in a supportive, non-clinical setting.
Collaborate with an internal clinical team to share insights from client sessions and contribute to ongoing improvements in coaching methodologies, program design, and platform functionality.
Requirements
- Hold an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification or possess a Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
- Have completed at least 200 hours of coaching (for ICF-certified professionals) or 300 hours of post-graduation clinical practice (for counsellors)
- Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based coaching methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- Be fluent in English and a locally spoken language
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing coaching or counselling within Employee Assistance Programs, supporting working professionals, or advising individuals in managerial positions will strengthen your application.
