Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate the mental health needs of individuals.
  • Develop and implement personalized behavioral health plans.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate individuals on mental health strategies and techniques.
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops on behavioral health topics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as required.
  • Conduct outreach and community engagement activities to promote mental health awareness.
  • Develop and distribute educational materials on behavioral health.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in behavioral health practice.
  • Provide feedback and support to other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the development of behavioral health programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in behavioral health.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse client population.
