Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Providing direct clinical support within day programs to ensure strategies are practical and effective
- Partnering with program staff to support consistent implementation of behavior supports
- Reviewing data, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed
- Supporting staff during complex or escalated behavioral situations
- Promoting independence, inclusion, and quality of life in community-based settings
- Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance

- Consistent Monday - Friday schedule (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Hands-on clinical work in real-world settings
- Adult-focused services in structured day programs
- This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs
- You will be working directly with staff and individuals in a hands-on environment
- The role is focused on clinical support and collaboration, not supervision or staff management
