About the Role
This role partners with sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements, ensuring solutions meet enterprise requirements through demonstrations, proof of concepts, and architectural guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and technical requirements
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client environments
- Provide technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Assist in overcoming technical objections during the sales cycle
- Translate product features into business benefits for stakeholders
- Support post-sales handoff to professional services and support teams
- Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Participate in technical training and certification programs
- Engage in pre-sales activities including discovery calls and technical assessments
- Develop configuration guides and technical documentation for customers
- Coordinate with partners on joint solution deployments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and solution capabilities
