Behavioral Health Field is hiring for a BCBA Case Management Coordinator. This is a non-clinical, administrative leadership role responsible for overseeing case management operations, workflows, and compliance support across the organization. You will ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in how cases are managed.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day case management operations across BH Field.
- Monitor case manager task completion, including documentation, follow-ups, transitions, and authorizations support.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Case Managers.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Case Managers on the administrative and process side.
- Provide guidance using BCBA-level judgment, without providing clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams on various operational matters.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience working with case management, authorizations, and operations.
- Excellent organization, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Experience in remote ABA operations.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with Clinical Leadership, HR, and Operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
