About the Role

Schindler is looking for a Backoffice Service/Maintenance specialist for a part-time role (75%) with a fixed-term contract until March 2027. In this position, you will provide crucial administrative support within the service area, acting as the key interface between customers, service managers, and technicians. You'll be part of a forward-thinking industry leader with a diverse product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and the interface to service managers and contract management.
  • Review and process external specifications and quotation documents.
  • Provide administrative support to service staff, including processing maintenance contracts, invoices, and coordinating customer data.
  • Administratively control and monitor completed service measures, including appointment management and follow-ups.
  • Calculate, maintain, and process orders in SAP while adhering to scheduled deadlines.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence within your area of responsibility.
  • Organize and optimize your own work environment and take responsibility for implementing new processes.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in a similar role within a technical, service, or facility management environment.
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured work style with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Quick comprehension, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.

  • SAP knowledge.
