Schindler is looking for a Backoffice Employee – Existing Installations to join our team in Essen, Nordrhein-Westfalen. In this administrative support role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and an essential interface between service technicians, service managers, and the organization, ensuring smooth operations for our existing installations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Act as the interface to our service technicians and service managers.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to employees in the service area.
- Take responsibility for the administrative control of measures carried out in the service area.
- Calculate, maintain, and process orders in SAP, considering schedule requirements.
- Process internal and external correspondence within the scope of your responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in a comparable field within a technical environment or service.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working, with pronounced customer-oriented behavior.
- Quick comprehension, reliability, and strong team orientation.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
