StartupGrind is hiring a Backend Senior / Software Architect to join the core technology team responsible for a private digital assets banking platform. You will be central to designing systems and architecture, while driving a comprehensive product vision.
What You'll Do
- Design, architect, and build the core backend systems for a digital assets platform.
- Lead system design decisions and establish a long-term technical vision.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and technology team to define product strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on system design and architecture.
- 2+ years of solid production experience with Golang.
- Advanced mastery of PostgreSQL, including designing efficient structures and optimizing for large data volumes.
- Proven experience with AWS, especially serverless architectures (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
- Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and complexity.
- Understanding of network protocols, containers, inter-service communication, and OS primitives.
- Technological versatility to adapt the right tool for each challenge.
Nice to Have
- A university degree in computer science or related fields.
- Experience in high-concurrency systems, trading, or real-time systems.
- Having worked on teams that scaled complex or critical products.
