Torrid is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Nord Account Team. This role focuses on building robust and scalable backend services using Go.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for the Nord Account platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operations.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and system improvements.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer building production systems.
Strong proficiency in Go, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and concurrency patterns.
Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
