What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Golang and Ruby on Rails
- Design and implement microservices architectures and complex API integrations
- Manage and optimize relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Build and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes
- Work within agile and collaborative environments
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience with Golang in production environments
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Deep experience with API integrations
- Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Practice with Docker and Kubernetes for container construction and orchestration
- Experience with cloud-based architectures
- Knowledge of code versioning with Git
- Experience in agile and collaborative environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js or willingness to work in polyglot environments
- Previous experience in projects integrating complex partner APIs (e.g., investment platforms, brokerage APIs)
- Experience in financial projects
- Practice with observability (monitoring, metrics, alerts)
- Knowledge of API security and data protection best practices
- Previous experience with tools like CI/CD, Terraform, or similar
