Docplanner is hiring a Backend Developer to join the CRM team. You will work on the core product of our healthcare CRM platform, developing features, contributing to architectural evolution, solving real product problems, and integrating third-party services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and improve product functionalities
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform
- Solve real product problems
- Participate in code refactoring and review activities
- Integrate third-party services (Whatsapp, SMS, Voice services, video APIs, payment gateways, LLM/AI)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in OOP backend development, regardless of language (PHP, Java, C#, etc.)
- Solid foundation in SQL (MySQL)
- Experience with code testing, TDD, and SOLID principles
- Passion for product development
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience with profiling and optimization tools
- Knowledge of PHP/Java frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Spring…)
- Familiarity with stacks like Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, ELK
- Familiarity with AI systems and prompt engineering
- English proficiency of B1 level or higher

Team & Environment
You will join the CRM team, one of Docplanner's backend development teams.

- Compensation: €32,000 – €42,000 RAL
- Remote-first work (100% remote or offices in Bologna/Barcelona)
- Possibility to work up to 90 days per year from abroad, with manager approval
