About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in capital markets
- Translate trading and capital markets workflows into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technology teams to design scalable solutions
- Support the implementation of trading platforms and related systems
- Identify process improvements in front-office and middle-office operations
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
- Develop use cases and user stories for software development teams
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial services
- Validate system functionality through rigorous testing procedures
- Manage changes to requirements using formal change control processes
- Produce documentation for business processes and system designs
- Work closely with project managers to track delivery timelines
- Assist in defining key performance indicators for trading operations
- Support post-implementation reviews and transition to operations
