Telefónica seeks a B2C Collections Leader to manage the collections lifecycle for the consumer segment. In this role, you will ensure recovery of invoiced amounts in the shortest time to reduce bad debt, meet Operating Cash Flow targets, and control involuntary churn rates through portfolio analysis and omnichannel collection strategies.
What You'll Do
- Design preventive and recovery strategies by delinquency bucket.
- Manage and control the performance of Financed Terminals, reducing their delinquency rate.
- Oversee Trustonic blocking and develop focused collection strategies for Financed Terminals.
- Manage and control KPIs by identifying risks, deviations, and determining action plans.
- Analyze portfolio performance to identify risks and opportunities to increase recovery and contribute to customer service milestones within origination policies.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in collections management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Actuarial Science.
