Benetics is looking for a B2B Sales / SaaS Account Executive (m/f/d) to drive growth within the Swiss market. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients in the construction sector, owning the entire sales process from first contact to signature. You will join a fast-growing startup dedicated to helping create a world where everyone builds better.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach construction companies in Switzerland independently, including electricians, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal workers, carpenters, painters, and facade builders.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from first contact, demo, and consultation to setup and signature.
- Build and manage your own customer base for long-term success.
- Work hand-in-hand with the team in Zurich.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales skills with high energy and perseverance.
- Perfect German language skills.
- Very good English skills for team communication.
- Experience with cold acquisition, genuine customer contact, and a willingness to use the phone.
- A solution-oriented, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the SaaS sector and/or in the construction industry.
- Swiss German language skills.
