INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a B2B Sales Executive (m/w/d) specialized in collection and financial services. This remote role supports our growth by acquiring new business clients in the German-speaking market.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound acquisition of new business customers via phone and digital channels within the DACH region.
- Present our collection services to potential clients through video calls and email.
- Document all sales activities meticulously within our CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the sales management team based in Germany.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.
- High-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a natural sales talent.
- Ability to work independently with high motivation.
- Solid basic technical knowledge (e.g., CRM, email automation).
- A fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection).
- A laptop or PC running the Windows operating system.

Benefits & Compensation
- Structured onboarding process and ongoing support from Germany.
- Compensation of 1,000 - 1,400 EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
