GFN GmbH is looking for a Trainer (m/w/x) für Fachinformatiker to deliver IT training within Germany's state-funded education sector. You will teach a comprehensive curriculum from your home office in Germany, with the option for either a full-time permanent or freelance engagement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct IT trainings covering learning fields 1-12 according to the IHK framework curriculum.
- Teach the complete lifecycle of software projects, including planning, executing, testing, and deployment.
- Teach database development and design using SQL.
- Teach web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Teach object-oriented programming with Java.
- Teach programming with Python.
- Teach introductory programming concepts including UML class diagrams, Use-Case diagrams, EPK, Nassi-Shneiderman diagrams, flowcharts, and pseudocode.
- Teach network technology fundamentals: network topologies, components, coupling devices, protocols, and OSI layer models.
- Teach equipping an IT workplace, covering both hardware and software.
- Teach IT security topics: attack methods, firewalls, DMZ, encryption, VPN, and virus protection and removal.
- Teach data protection (GDPR) and data security.
What We're Looking For
- Teaching experience in adult education.
- A completed vocational training in IT, a computer science degree, or comparable training.
- IHK training aptitude test (AEVO), equivalent proof, or willingness to obtain such proof.
- Comfort teaching heterogeneous groups.
- A passion for teaching with strong pedagogical and didactic competence.
