Global Satcoms is hiring a Senior Associate / Senior Lawyer - Venture Capital / Corporate (m/f/d) for its top-tier law practice. You will advise leading players in private equity, venture capital, and high-growth sectors with direct client contact and real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Advise on M&A deals, particularly private equity and exit transactions.
- Support venture capital investments including equity financings, convertibles, and secondaries.
- Handle corporate transformations and reorganisations.
- Work on capital markets, stock corporation law, and IPO readiness.
- Structure employee participation schemes.
What We're Looking For
- A strong academic background with both state exams completed with above average results.
- Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written).
- Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem.
- Team spirit, self-initiative, and the ability to take ownership of workstreams.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing practice.
Nice to Have
- Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions.
