Deinetuete is hiring a B2B Sales - Business Development (M/W/D) | Brand Maker | Remote

About the Role

deinetuete is looking for a B2B Sales & Business Development professional to join our core team. Your mission is to help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging across Europe. You'll focus on new customer acquisition, lead generation, and building long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Be part of the team establishing deinetuete as a market leader for sustainable to-go packaging in Europe.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers, especially in gastronomy, hospitality, and retail, via phone, email, and social media.
  • Generate qualified leads that match our sustainable mission to fill the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and utilize cross-selling potential.
  • Develop creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open up new markets.
  • Collaborate closely with management, marketing, and supply chain to develop customer-oriented solutions and ensure optimal order processing.

What We're Looking For

  • First experience in B2B sales, ideally in gastronomy, packaging, or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships via phone, email, or in person.
  • Desire to actively shape deinetuete as a market leader for sustainable to-go packaging.
  • Persuasion skills to present sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
  • Structured and independent way of working with good organization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
  • Passion for strong brands in the food sector and understanding of custom packaging's influence on perception and success.
  • German is your native language.
  • You have a work permit for the place where you live.
