Jobgether is looking for an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to build and maintain robust virtual desktop solutions. You will deploy and optimize AVD environments to drive operational efficiency and a seamless user experience in an innovative, technology-driven setting.

What You'll Do

Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools and session hosts.
Provide L2/L3 support for incidents related to access, performance, and connectivity.
Administer FSLogix profile containers to manage user settings.
Monitor and optimize AVD infrastructure using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Perform patching, image updates, and routine maintenance of virtual desktops.
Implement security best practices, including RBAC, Conditional Access, and network policies.
Collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Document technical processes, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of IT infrastructure or cloud support experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS.
Proficiency in FSLogix profile configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with Azure services, monitoring tools, and Log Analytics.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, or MD-102.
Experience with hybrid cloud solutions (Azure Stack HCI, Citrix on Azure).
Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
