The Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer at Onebridge will play a key role in shaping next-generation AI solutions using Microsoft’s Azure AI ecosystem. This individual will design and implement AI-powered solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes through emerging AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Build and customize copilots that integrate seamlessly with business workflows, leveraging conversational AI and generative AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable AI solutions.
- Experiment with and fine-tune AI models, applying best practices for prompt engineering, orchestration, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities.
- Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 months of hands-on experience (or strong interest) with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Solid programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ML libraries.
- Experience with UI development (Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks).
