What You'll Do
Design and implement reusable, parameter-rich integration templates that minimize manual coding and speed up delivery across projects. Build metadata-driven architectures that unify integration approaches company-wide, enabling consistent, reliable data flows.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and monitoring of data integrations from development to production. Embed governance directly into code by creating automated checks for data validation, reconciliation, and error recovery, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
Create migration tools, technical accelerators, and detailed documentation to support broad platform adoption. Share expertise by mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence through reusable assets and clear, accessible frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of direct experience developing cloud-based data integration solutions
- Proven track record applying DevOps methodologies—using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps—in data engineering contexts
- Strong proficiency in SQL with emphasis on performance optimization, long-term maintainability, and cross-platform compatibility
- In-depth understanding of advanced data patterns including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Delta processing, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Commitment to automation, standardization, and scalable design principles
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, sufficient for technical collaboration and documentation
