Core Responsibilities • Manage complete automation lifecycle: requirements assessment, workflow mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring. • Construct enterprise-grade systems utilizing webhooks, retry logic, queues, structured logs, real-time alerts, and recovery protocols. • Safeguard sensitive information, implement rigorous permissions, and manage confidential credentials aligned with PII/PHI standards. • Develop operational dashboards, procedural guides, and structured documentation with version control. Essential Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise developing advanced GHL + Zapier or n8n automations involving API/webhook integrations. • Advanced proficiency in monitoring frameworks, idempotent workflow design, logging, retry strategies, and error management. • Superior documentation and communication capabilities—workflow screenshots and concise Loom demonstrations preferred. Supplementary Qualifications • Elementary scripting skills in JavaScript or Python; familiarity with Stripe and LLM-powered tool integrations. • Background handling clinical, medical, or regulated dataset workflows. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500 based on project scope and service level agreements. Performance Bonus: USD $500 monthly for exceeding key performance indicators.
