Level is seeking a Automation Engineer. You'll build the safety net that lets our entire team move fast without breaking things; from automated test suites to migration validation frameworks. Every pipeline you engineer gives dozens of developers the confidence to ship quality at speed. What you'll own: - Automated testing frameworks and test infrastructure for game projects - Quality assurance pipelines and continuous validation systems - Data and content migration tooling with verification - Integration, regression, and end-to-end test automation - Test reporting, coverage tracking, and quality metrics What we're looking for: - 5+ years in test automation, QA engineering, or software quality - Proven experience building automated test frameworks from scratch - Proficiency in C#, or similar languages with solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) - Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test pipelines - Experience designing migration strategies with automated validation and rollback Bonus points: - Game industry QA or test automation experience - Visual or rendering regression testing experience - Performance and load testing automation - Familiarity with Godot, Unreal, or Unity testing workflows - Experience with database migrations, schema versioning, or content pipeline validation
