marswalk media GmbH, a young and fast-growing social media agency, is looking for an Automation & AI-Integration Expert (20-30 hours/week). You will work directly with the CTO to elevate the company's operations by identifying automation potentials, building smart workflows, and integrating AI solutions.

What You'll Do

Analyze existing company-wide processes to identify automation potentials and ways to effectively use AI tools.
Build and maintain automations in tools like make.com, Lovable, and Google Scripts (or Next.js with programming experience).
Work closely with other teams to understand requirements and translate them into smart processes.
Integrate workflows with programs like Notion, ChatGPT, Hubspot, and Pandadoc.
Ensure the right data is in the right place with the right analysis.
Stay up-to-date with new tools, AI solutions, and automation possibilities.

What We're Looking For

Very smart and tech-savvy.
Fluent German skills (minimum level C1).
Enjoy building tools and automated solutions.

Experience - at least as a user - with AI tools.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of software development (especially Typescript, React, Next.js).
Experience with make.com or other automation tools (n8n, Zapier).
Ability to handle APIs and MCP servers.
Experience with AI Agents.
