IBMC is hiring a Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth across all digital channels by integrating performance advertising, CRM, and SEO strategies. You will optimize budgets, mentor specialists, and align efforts to achieve key business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists in Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO.
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Oversee media planning, CRM journeys, and SEO content strategy, ensuring strategic integration across channels.
- Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking, focusing on ROI, conversions, and CAC.
- Guide the CRM specialist in crafting and optimizing customer journeys, automations, and campaign performance.
- Ensure effective budget management and maximize paid media performance across all platforms.
- Own the digital marketing reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of creative briefs and collaborate with design and video teams for campaign assets.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and output quality for all digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Web Development, Sales, Media, and PR teams for integrated marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in Performance Advertising (Meta, Google Ads), CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO.
- Experience with hands-on campaign execution and team management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment.
- Exposure to clients in financial services, proprietary trading, hedge funds, or fintech.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and performance-driven growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, multi-channel digital campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Creative eye and experience working with designers and videographers.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in Bali or open to relocating full-time.
